Power mostly restored in China's snowstorm-hit northeast (2)

The snow was the heaviest in Hegang City, Heilongjiang, and Tongliao City, in Inner Mongolia, since their weather records began, according to the Central Meteorological Center.

The precipitation reached 56 mm in Hegang and 40 mm in Tongliao.
