China hopes Iran, U.S. maintain momentum of talks: spokesperson

BEIJING, June 22 (Xinhua) -- China hopes that Iran and the United States will maintain the momentum of negotiations and continue to make concerted efforts to achieve positive progress in the talks, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Monday.
China supports the mediation efforts made by Pakistan, Qatar and other parties, Guo said at a regular news briefing when asked to comment on the Iran-U.S. talks in Switzerland.
