China expresses condolences to victims in New Delhi car blast: FM spokesperson

BEIJING, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- China expressed condolences to the victims in a car explosion in New Delhi, India, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said Tuesday.
"We are shocked by this incident, and express our condolences to the victims, extend our sincere sympathies to the families of the victims and the injured, and wish the injured a speedy recovery," spokesperson Lin Jian told a press briefing.
The car explosion occurred in New Delhi on Monday evening and has caused multiple casualties.
There are currently no casualties reported among Chinese personnel, according to the spokesperson.
