Belt and Road cooperation boosts global infrastructure connectivity (5)

Over the past decade, with strong demand for cross-border transport, a total of 81,000 trips were made under the China-Europe Railway Express, covering over 700 million kilometers. It has shipped more than 7.6 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of goods worth over 340 billion U.S. dollars.

It runs through more than 100 cities in 11 Asian countries and regions and reaches more than 200 cities in 25 European countries.
