A skills demonstration festival for disabled people, the fourth of its kind, was held in Jinan, capital city of east China's Shandong Province from June 27 to 28. The festival was held in parallel with seventh China national vocational skill competition for persons with disabilities.

The festival had 47 exhibition areas for displaying and selling handiworks made by people with disabilities. This included a comprehensive exhibition area, an exhibition area featuring employment services for people with disabilities, 31 exhibition areas established for Chinese provinces, one exhibition area for the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, one exhibition area for Jinan city, and 12 exhibitions areas showcasing disabled women's skills and handiworks.
