Temple of Heaven
The Temple of Heaven, founded in the first half of the 15th century, is a place where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China worshipped heaven for bumper harvests. It is an axial arrangement with strict architectural layouts, consisting of the Altar of Praying for Grain and Circular Mound Altar.
