A children’s international art exhibition themed “Future, I Am Coming” will be held at the Hunan Museum from May 26 to June 30. The exhibits include award-winning works from FAC (Future Art China) International Children’s Art Exhibition, and works at the New York FAC International Children’s Art Exhibition.
The exhibition is divided into seven parts: “Me”; “Fairy Tales”; “Green Homes”; “The Future Robots”; “Smart Cities”; “Ocean Cities”; and “Space Cities”. Each painting will introduce the painter’s ideas about creativity and intent, in order to convey self-expression and stories of their personal development.
Duan Xiaoming, exhibition curator, and also director of the Hunan Museum said that the exhibition is education-oriented. More than 200 works will be displayed in a total of 1,000 m2 area, of which one third will be an experience area. Visitors will have a hands-on experience with graffiti and enjoy interaction and creation.
The exhibition is free to the public. It will be a delightful gift from the Hunan Museum to children ahead of International Children’s Day.
