On February 9, the Video Conference of the 2nd Session of Xi'an "Chasing & Overtaking" Challenge was held. An Jianli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Work Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (Xi’an Hi-tech Zone), delivered a keynote speech at the sub-venue in Xi’an Hi-tech Zone.

As stressed that Xi’an Hi-tech Zone will reform and innovate with keen determination, vigorously develop high-tech industries, and lead the construction of Xi'an National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, in a bid to build a globally influential capital of innovation on the Silk Road.

Present were leaders of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone, cadres of departments and centers of the Administrative Committee of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone and administrative offices of affiliated parks, senior executives of Xi'an Gaoke (Group) Corporation (Gaoke), heads of departments and affiliated companies of Gaoke, and persons in charge of the support and service system.
