On February 4, Wang Yongkang, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Party Secretary of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee, visited Chinasoft International, Xi'an Huawei and start-up Yunjing Zhiwei in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (thereafter referred as “Xi’an Hi-tech Zone”) as the first leg of its New Year survey tour. He required Xi’an Hi-tech Zone to deliver visiting services and policies to enterprises, to boost their confidence, create a favorable entrepreneurship & innovation environment and support the growth of private enterprises.
