On December 28, 2016, Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ) held 2017 Work Seminar, which clarified the work to be done in 2017 and defined next-step development orientation and goals. An Jianli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of XHTZ and Director of the Administrative Committee attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. Attendees also included leaders from XHTZ such as Yang Renhua, Wang Kuanrang, Xing Xin, Han Hongli, Yang Niantian, Shi Kangdu, Yuan Hailin, and Li Yahong, as well as middle-level cadres from all departments of the Administrative Committee, the Center, and the Affiliated Administrative Office of XHTZ.

As An Jianli pointed out, in 2017, under the leadership of Xi’an Municipal Party Committee and Xi’an Municipal Government, XHTZ would look for the truth and be practical, carry out real practice and do solid work, establish a “five star” awareness of enterprise service, create a first-class development environment for the Development Zone, fully complete the goals and missions assigned by the municipal party committee and municipal government, and strive to make new and greater contributions to economic and social development in Xi’an.
