On December 25, "We are with Rome tonight" XHTZ New Year Concert 2017 was staged at City Gate, Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ). The concert was hosted by the Party Work Committee and Administrative Committee of XHTZ, and organized by Xi'an Jinqilin Cultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. The concert was presented by the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra under the leadership of the world-renowned conductor Ovidio Balan. Ovidio Balan is one of the greatest conductors in Europe nowadays. Founded in 1970, the orchestra has reached the peak of European and world classical music, and is hailed as the "Music Cyclone in the Mediterranean".
