On September 2, the electronic trading platform for public resources  was unveiled in Pu'er City, making sure full coverage with “one network and three platforms” over counties (districts) of the city by December 31, 2016.

“One network and three platforms” refers to public resource trading information network, public service platform, administrative monitoring platform and electronic trading platform covering informatization projects in province, city and county levels of Yunnan Province.
