An unnamed Chinese billionaire has bought a luxurious Boeing 787 plane, refitted by Kestrel airlines, at the price of 325 million USD.

Refitting it cost him 100 million USD.

The billionaire bought the Boeing 787 shortly after it was displayed in an air show.

The plane, covering over 200 square meters, has been refurbished like a luxurious five-star hotel. With a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and even medical room on board, the plane provides a very comfortable journey.

The plane's furniture is made from special light and solid material.

The interior design is tailored to the client's taste, most of whom come from the Middle East or Asia.

CEO of Kestrel says that the advantage of Boeing 787 is its ability for long range flights, catering for the clients' need for long range, non-stop flights. For example, it can fly from Asia to the east coast of the US or from the Middle East to the west coast of the US, without having to stop for fuel.

The CEO mentioned that this is the 11th program he has completed to refit planes.
