A total of 30 pieces of panda artwork will be displayed at the event. Locals have hailed these adorable works as the biggest surprise of the event. Created by young artists--featured because they will be the ones to inherit and carry forward Chinese culture--the panda artwork demonstrates the creativity of a new generation.
"We want to conserve Chinese culture and heritage through the charm of pandas," said the planner of the panda exhibition.
Young practitioners of Sichuan embroidery, bamboo weaving and other featured cultural elements will also have an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities. In addition, the local people will get to attempt the traditional crafts for themselves during the event.
