
Recently, a middle-aged Chinese-Japanese woman named Niitsu Haruko who works at the Haneda Airport in Tokyo has become a viral sensation in Japan. She was named a "national treasure craftsman" for her excellent work keeping Haneda Airport clean. Haruko was born in Shenyang, China. Her father is a Japanese World War II orphan, and her mother is Chinese.

Thanks in part to her efforts, Haneda Airport has been ranked among the World’s Best Domestic Airports and the World’s Cleanest Airports for four years. The 85-year-old airport looks just as fresh and spotless as any new one.
