SHANGHAI, June 15, 2016 -- A file photo of Wing On Company is put to match the real scene of the building, now Wing On Department Store, in Shanghai, east China, May 23, 2016. Wing On Company, also a department store, was opened in 1918. Great changes have taken place in Shanghai, where the Communist Party of China (CPC) was founded in 1921.
