Top 10 most attractive Chinese cities to foreign talents

The list of the 10 cities most attractive to foreign talent in China was released at the 14th Conference on International Exchange for Professionals in Shenzhen on April 16.

Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Jinan were the cities that made the list. 

The Conference on International Exchange for Professionals is a state-level international conference. It is the only conference in China open to foreign expert organizations, training institutions and individual professionals. It is also a comprehensive conference that covers many topics, including intelligence, technology and project management.
