
BEIJING, April 5, 2016 -- A courier rides an electric bike on the extension road of the Chang'an Avenue in Beijing, capital of China, April 5, 2016. Chang'an Avenue, a major thoroughfare in Beijing, is one of 10 roads in the city where electric bicycles will be banned starting from April 11.
