On January 28, Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone and Beijing Cybernaut Jinke Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, agreeing to jointly set up private hi-tech banks and financial assets exchanges (centers), and proposing to set up the hi-tech industrial fund with a scale of RMB50 billion by stages. Meanwhile, both sides proposed to set up the park infrastructure construction fund with a scale of RMB50 billion by stages and jointly build mansions for mass entrepreneurship and innovation.

Cybernaut, as one of leaders in China’s private equity funds, will be primarily oriented toward hi-tech businesses with great value of integration platform.
