A hand-out ceremony for 1 million yuan worth of red envelopes (spring scholarship) was held in East-star Aviation University in Chengdu city, capital of southwest China's Sichuan province on Jan. 14, 2016. 416 students received the scholarship ranging from 500 yuan to 4,000 yuan.
