A high-speed train pulls in at the Shenyang North Station in Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province, Nov. 29, 2015. The Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway and the Panjin-Yingkou High-speed Railway, the world's fastest railway in frigid regions, will maintain the speed of 300 kilometers per hour for a full year by abolishing the former summer and winter schedules from Dec. 1 of this year, according to China Railway Group Company. The two high-speed railways are regarded to be qualified to run at 300 kilometers per hour for a full year despite freezing cold in the winter in north China, according to the company. The Harbin-Dalian High-speed railway, which was opened for service on Dec. 1, 2012, and the Panjin-Yingkou Railway, which was put into operation on September of 2013, both ran at 300 kilometers per hour in summer and at 200 kilometers per hour in winter earlier.
