A kid's head was stuck in a door in a shopping mall on Sunday evening in Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu province. The kid, held tightly by the parents, cried because of pain. A security guard stabilized the door with his hands so that the kid would not get hurt again, and citizens around called the police for help.
When the accident happened, the family was dining in a restaurant on the first floor of the shopping mall. The parents did not notice that their child played near the door and got stuck in it.
When the police arrived, they helped to calm down the kid. However, they found that it was difficult to rescue the kid bare-handed because the door was fastened with angle irons at the bottom. Therefore, the police turned to firefighters for help.
For the sake of the safety of the kid, the police decided to push the glass door open. The kid was eventually rescued with the help of citizens, policemen and firefighters.
The child has no big problem after being treated preliminarily.
