The traditional soy sauce brewing craft of Xianshi town, Sichuan Province, was included in the representative directory of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the State Council in 2014.
As the only well-preserved century-old soy sauce brewing workshop that continues to be operated, it has stood beside the Chishui River for 140 years. A total of 6,000 cylinders make this workshop unique.
