
Jianyang woodblock printing is a traditional handicraft from Jianyang City, Fuzhou of southeastern China. It started during the Five Dynasties, and hit its boom during Song Dynasty. Woodblock printing as a cultural heritage had made great contribution to the Chinese history. Not only did it help preserve the classics, but also promote cultural communication and exchanges.
