Amputee takes care of his 80-year-old mother

Zhang Jianlao, 43, living in a village in Baoji, northwest China's Shaanxi province, lost his hands in an accident when he was 11. However life offers him strong will and optimistic life attitude.

Despite physical limitations, Zhang not only does all the farm work but also takes good care of his 80-year-old mother.

"This is the thing a son should do for his mother. My mother has always taken care of me since I was 11. Now, she's old, it's my turn to take care of her," said Zhang. (Photo/HSW.cn)
