In 2002, Li Yichao was sent from Sinopec as one of the first cadres to Banzha county, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, to support the local development. During his term as the deputy magistrate of the county, Li found there was a big tumor on the neck of the villager Siqiu Zhuoma. With the continuous efforts of Li Yichao, in 2010 Beijing Stomatological Hospital agreed to do a surgery for 47-year-old Siqiu Zhuoma and took away the 5 kilogram tumor that had accompanied her for 28 years.

Currently, Siqiu Zhuoma feeds more than 40 heads of livestock and leads a happy life with her family members.
