
Mo Yan: Free pre-schooling education in rural areas

Noble Laureate Mo Yan is concerned about pre-schooling education systems in rural China.
Growing up in a village in east China, Mo Yan found that though his village has established kindergartens, equipment and teachers there are not up to suitable standards.
So, he proposes that the government should consider including pre-schooling into free education, when it has enough budget.
