Singer Han Hong's proposal has focused on left-behind girls of migrant workers in rural China.
She thinks it is necessary to include the prevention of sex abuse into the curriculum of China's compulsory education system.
It's estimated that over 60 million parents here in China leave their children at home in rural areas and go to cities for jobs.
Living with their grandparents who are often not aware of the issue, many girls suffer from sexual abuse from neighbors or even teachers in villages.
