San Francisco, Sept. 19, (People's Daily Online)---- Apple's CEO Tim Cook appeared at the Apple store in Palo Alto, California on Friday, to kick off the sales of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, as well as take photos with Apple fans there.
September 19 is the first day that Apple starts selling its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus in the United States. Lines at Apple’s Palo Alto store go around the building and Apple fans said that the lines are even longer than expected. Mr. Huang, a Facebook worker said that he waited for more than 8 hours to get the new iPhone. "I am so excited" he said, "But I will never do it (queue overnight for the new iPhone) again".
Tang li, a student at UC Berkeley waited at the Apple store at 3 a.m. for the new product. When Cook participated in the local store's team meeting before doors opened at 8 a.m., he got a chance to meet him and took picture with him. He said that "I got so excited that I saw him I just jumped to the front of the line to take pictures with him."
