TEHRAN, Sept. 15 -- Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was discharged from hospital after undergoing a prostate surgery, Press TV reported on Monday.
Khamenei had the surgery last week and left the hospital Monday morning.
"The Supreme Leader's surgery ended successfully," said official IRNA news agency.
Khamenei, 75, replaced the founder of the Islamic republic Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in 1989.
