Kodak and Seagull to Produce Digital Camera Jointly
Kodak will cooperate with the Shanghai Seagull Camera Co., Ltd. to produce digital camera for general consumers.
Kodak has recently signed a memo with the parent company of Seagull on this project. Under the agreement, Kodak will hold 80 percent of the shares while Seagull 20 percent.
It's reported that the two parties will cooperate in the production, sale, maintenance and support service of the digital camera. While Kodak will take charge of product design, technology and management, Seagull will assist in production and in the development of the domestic market of China.
