Sino-Japanese Coach Company Established
Shenyang Aircraft and Automobile Company and Hino Motors Ltd. of Japan jointly set up a company Tuesday in this capital city of northeast China's Liaoning Province to produce high-grade motor coaches.
With a total investment of US$61 millions, the company is China's first Sino-Japanese joint venture to manufacture medium and high-class motor coaches.
The new coaches will be released into the market in 2003 with an annual output of 3,500 coaches and 5,000 chassis annually
The enterprise will produce four of the latest types of coaches and chassis from the Hino Motors.
