27th Ice Lantern Art Fair Opens in Harbin
The 27th Ice Lantern Art Fair opened in Harbin December 20, the capital of China's northeast province Heilongjiang.
With 2001 exquisite ice lanterns, the fair used a total of 30,000 cubic meters of ice. The art fair, with the theme "New Century and Ice Dream", has nine scenic areas.
