Cooperation Between Cambodia, China Can Be Expanded: Hun Sen

Prime Minister Hun Sen said Monday in Phnom Penh that the Cambodian government hopes to expand economic cooperation between Cambodia and Yunnan Province of China.

Meeting a delegation of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress, Hun Sen said the Cambodian government expects that Yunnan Province can have more cooperation with Cambodia, especially in the sphere of agriculture, such as providing Cambodia with good varieties of rice seeds and producing small farm machinery.

He noted that Yunnan also can restore the air service from Kunming to Phnom Penh to bring more Chinese tourists to Cambodia.

The Yunnan delegation arrived here Sunday to pay an official visit at the invitation of the National Assembly of Cambodia.
