On the evening of October 31, the "Symphony Concert for the 10th Anniversary of Project Hope", sponsored jointly by People's Daily Press and the Youth and Children Development Foundation of China and subsidized by Coca-Cola China Co. ltd., was held in Beijing Concert Hall. China Symphony Orchestra conducted by Chen Zuohuang performed the full-length symphony "Hope" composed by Guan Xia. This symphony vividly expresses in music form the change in the destiny of China's poor children and the huge social effect brought about by the Project Hope.
