Wen elaborates on China's stance over regional situation, South China Sea at EAS summit

PHNOM PENH, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Tuesday introduced China's stance on the regional situation and the South China Sea issue at a close-door session of the East Asia Summit held here.
