4.1-magnitude quake jolts Yunnan, SW China: CENC

BEIJING, April 18 (Xinhua) -- A 4.1-magnitude earthquake hit the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province at 11:46 a.m. Thursday Beijing Time, said the China Earthquake Networks Center.

The epicenter, with a depth of 9 km, was determined to be at 25.9 degrees north latitude and 99.8 degrees east longitude and on the border between the Yangbi Yi Autonomous County and the Eryuan County.
