BEIJING, May 25, (ChinaMil) -- Chang Wanquan, state councilor and minister of national defense of the People's Republic of China (PRC), held talks with Tomasz Siemoniak, the visiting minister of national defense of Poland, on the morning of May 24, 2013 in Beijing.
Chang Wanquan said that China and Poland share profound traditional friendship. The bilateral relations have made great strides in recent years. The Chinese and Polish militaries have made increasingly frequent contacts at various levels and their professional exchanges and cooperation have maintained a good momentum of development. The Chinese side is willing to work together with the Polish side to further expand the space for bilateral exchanges and deepen the bilateral pragmatic cooperation in such fields as high-level contacts, exchanges among various services, personnel training and military medicine, so as to uplift the relations between the two militaries to a new high.
Siemoniak said that the current friendly cooperation between the two militaries is satisfactory and the Polish side hopes to carry out all-around cooperation with the Chinese military.
