According to Doctor of Medicine Kato Toshinori, a famous Japanese expert in brain image diagnosis, the following bad habits will threaten to strain the brain and accelerate its aging.

1. Eat after 9 p.m.

The brain and other organs will turn on the rest mode after 9 p.m. Any intake of food at this time will wake the brain up from rest to work, thus adding extra burdens.
