CRUDE oil production in China rose 0.7 percent on an annual basis to 169.56 million tons in the first 10 months of this year, the National Development and Reform Commission said yesterday.
Crude oil output hit 17.82 million tons in October, up an annual 7.9 percent, the NDRC said.
Apparent use of crude oil rose 3 percent year on year to 207.8 million tons in the January-October period. In October, China used 20.93 million tons of crude oil, down 1.3 percent from a year earlier, the NDRC said.
China processed 341.37 million tons of crude oil in the first 10 months, up 1.3 percent.
