U.S. must recognize Iran's nuclear rights as sign of "good will" for direct talks: spokesman

TEHRAN, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, said here Tuesday that as a sign of "good will " for the start of direct talks between Iran and the United States, the latter must "fully" recognize Iran's nuclear rights.
