Veterans of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army will attend commemoration in the DPRK

In regards to reporter's question on whether the Chinese military will send a delegation to attend the 60th anniversary commemoration for the signing of the "Korea Armistice Agreement" on July 27, Geng Yansheng replied that at the invitation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), a veteran delegation of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army and a cultural and artistic delegation of the PLA will participate in relevant commemorative activities in the DPRK.

According to Geng, China is devoted to promoting the long-term, healthy and steady development of the military relationship between China and the DPRK, while adhering to safeguarding peace and stability in the Korean peninsula.
