China photo exhibition reviews year of 2012 (3)

"It’s overwhelmingly sad for the villagers to leave their hometown. They take down their parents’ portraits hanging on the wall, keep official seals that’ll no longer be used, bring the village’s best dragon boat to their new living areas I could feel the sorrow in the air." Out of 100-thousand submitted works, more than 100 photographs receive awards. The China Photography Exhibition’s tour of prize-winning photos is one of the most popular travel photo events in the country. It starts right after the awards in Nanhai conclude.
