Farmers in Enshi prefecture, Hubei province pick tea at an organic tea plantation, March 24, 2013. With the Qingming Festival approaching, many tea producing areas in South China are coming into the "Golden Period" for picking tea leaves. Farmers take advantage of the good weather to pick "Mingqian tea" in order to meet market demands. "Mingqian tea" refers to a kind of tea that is picked before Qingming Festival. The tea has a high quality and runs little risk of being damaged by insects. (Xinhua)
