BEIJING, March 29 (Xinhua) -- A 5.6-magnitude quake jolted the junction of the Changji city and the city of Urumchi in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region at 13:01 Friday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter, with a depth of 13 km, was monitored at 43.4 degrees north latitude and 86.8 degrees east longitude, the center said.
