Ninth highlight: After the China-Russia joint military exercise, the "Xuzhou" guided missile frigate participated in island-chain-breakthrough training without a rest and reorganization in May 2012. It broke through the second island chain in open sea training for the first time, fully demonstrating various performances of home-made equipment in an open-sea environment and providing an important reference for exploration and improvement of performances of warships of the same type.
