It will improve relations with developed countries, and strengthen cooperation with other developing countries. It will continue to promote friendship and partnership with neighboring countries, and actively participate in multilateral affairs. The foreign policy determined at the 18th CPC National Congress will enhance the partnership between China and other countries.
