How can China and the world build a shared future through technology?

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted 30 envoys and diplomats from 20 countries on a visit to Shanghai and east China's Jiangsu Province from Sept. 7 to 11.

From drones detecting forest fires to digital technologies bringing public services closer to the people, participants explored how technology is becoming part of urban development in Shanghai and Jiangsu, while sharing their perspectives on opportunities for cooperation.

For those foreign diplomats and journalists, the future is not just about technological progress, but also about sharing knowledge, connecting ideas and exploring new possibilities together. As China deepens exchanges and cooperation with countries around the world, technology can become a bridge for building a more connected future.
