China's draft law on procuratorial public-interest litigation submitted for 2nd reading

BEIJING, June 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese lawmakers are advancing a draft law aimed at further strengthening the work of public-interest litigation by procuratorial agencies and enhancing protection of national and public interests.
The draft law on procuratorial public-interest litigation was submitted on Tuesday to the ongoing session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, the national legislature, for its second reading.
