As World Wetlands Day arrives on Feb. 2, this year's theme, "Wetlands and traditional knowledge: Celebrating cultural heritage," resonates strongly with China's conservation approach.
Leading this work, President Xi Jinping has made wetland conservation a cornerstone of China's environmental protection efforts.
